Hey Panthers! Just a reminder we are
looking for company donations for our annual
Kick-Off Classic, August 27-29.
The Kick-Off Classic is a weekend of bowl games
and family fun. In addition to the
football games, on Saturday night, we will host
our annual bonfire at the American Legion, just
north of Doerhoefer
Park.
Winners of the raffle will be announced at the
bonfire. Please join us 7pm - 10pm. Skuddlebutts
will be there with pizza, hot dogs, etc. We will
also have popcorn and candy available for
purchase.
Our operating costs for the bowl weekend include
providing league-certified referees for 16+
football games, and food and drinks for the
bonfire. The Panthers are looking for
businesses to provide
monetary donations
or food donations.
Food donations include cans of caffeine-free
Coke or Pepsi and Sierra Mist, and individual
bags of chips.
A donation will increase your company’s
visibility and express your support for Downers Grove and surrounding communities.
In addition to a tax deduction, your
company will also benefit in the following ways:

Acknowledgement in our annual program book.
More than 1,200 copies of the program book
will be distributed to player and cheer
families, relatives, and friends.

We will highlight your support on our
website (www.pantherjrfootball.org).

A large banner with all event donors listed
will be prominently displayed at Doerhoefer
Field.

Announcements regarding event donors will be
made during each game over our P.A. system.

We anticipate over 2,500 people will be in
attendance over the course of the weekend.
We are hoping you will consider making a
donation for the Panther Kick-Off Classic.
Your support will create awareness and goodwill
for your company,
and
you're likely to
find that parents and other supporters find the
idea of doing business with our even donors
